STONEHAVEN residents with an interest in environmental issues are to have an opportunity to air their views at a meeting later this year – with a film showing in Laurencekirk this week providing a starting point for discussions.

Greener Kincardine and Mearns are a new group, concerned with environmental issues, and their first “project” is the showing of an inspiring film – Tomorrow – on Thursday 5th September at 7pm at Mearns Community Campus.

The Greener Kincardine and Mearns committee hope lots of people are able to come along and see the film, and afterwards to participate in follow on meetings in each of the Community Council areas in the Kincardine and Mearns area, to help identify key focus areas for 2020 and beyond.
