KIRKWOOD Homes have submitted an application for planning permission for 33 new homes and associated infrastructure at Ury Estate.

These homes are in addition to the 230 houses which gained permission as an enabling development for restoration of the mansion house and which are being accommodated at a higher density than first planned – freeing up land for this latest set of proposals.

Full details of the application can be found online.

Any person wishing to make comment on an application should do so in writing to Robert Gray Head of Planning and Environment Service by Thursday September 26. You can also make comment online or to the email address below. Please note the date for comment will extend if neighbour notification or advertisement is required. Comments must be submitted within the required timescale and any comments made will be available for public inspection and will be published on the internet.
